Some important facts:-

1. The premises. This is a house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, dining room and lounge with a fire place. There are two entrances, a pergola, a small garden area both back and front plus a water tank of nearly 30 cubic meters. Directly opposite the house is land of 800m² which can easily be made into parking.

2. A potential business partner can rent at least half of the house as a private residence.
