Facilities and General Informatiom


All of the houses above have the following specifications:

  • Easement for a life time use of the communal swimming pool with no charge.

  • Biological treatment of wastes.

  • Easement for a life time unobstructed and safe access to the beach.

  • Central installation of satellite TV (cables, plugs and antennas already installed)

  • Pre-installation for electrical supply, for every house (3-phases) as well as for any guesthouse (1-phase) if asked.

  • All the houses are connected to the municipality water supply network with drinkable water.

  • Every house has its own garden (smaller or bigger, depending on the size of the house) already planted with a variety of plants, trees, and grass. For their watering, there has been installed a computerized automatic irrigation system.

  • Heavy use aluminums have been used for doors, windows, and shutters as well as double glasses in every window for heat and noise isolation. Further more, wherever there is no aluminum shutter, there have been put iron bars for security.

  • Every house has a visible wooden roof with its proper isolation for heat and water, and tiles on top.

  • Every veranda has a minimum size of 15 m², and it is covered by a pergola made of iron. Further more, there is water and electrical supply (plug) of 220V in every veranda.

  • Every single room within the house has its own plugs for telephone, and satellite TV.

  • Every house has a kitchen already installed (with no electrical appliances) with the space for a dishwasher (45 cm) a refrigerator and a cooker. Further more in every house there have been installed cupboards.

  • Pre-installation for air-conditioning (all the copper pipes and electrical supply straight from the main switchboard).

  • All Sanitary accessories are branded (IDEAL STANDARD).

  • All the floors are covered by tiles (cotto type).

  • There is an auxiliary tank of water of 150 m³ (not operational for the moment) in case the public network is incapable of supplying water.

  • Plenty of storage rooms.

  • On top of all of the above there is a supervisor responsible for the smooth operation of the resort.
