Projects undertaken during the past three years have, on average, incurred a completion cost of €250,000 and this has included furnishing. The company has chosen to specialize in this category as we feel that most of our client base is able to afford this level of investment and because larger investments tend to become very commercialized and impersonal.

Our objective is to maximize return on investment within the frame work of our local market and at the same time aim for meaningful capital growth. There are four fundamental ingredients to a successful investment.

  1. Search and purchase a property at below market price. Such properties are available but in most cases their price reflects their condition i.e. they are in serious need of renovation. Position is of vital importance.

  2. Cost effective Renovation. Careful utilization of building crew and materials is strategic to the project.

  3. Rental Target market. There are various options. They include permanent domestic and commercial rental, tourist summer rentals and winter rental.

  4. Potential Resale value. Always bearing in mind that at some future date the property is likely to be sold and at this time maximization of capital growth is what is desired. In this regard position once again is a vital factor.
