This is a hotel/apartment and its
location is outstanding. It is situated right on the beach with the
front gates of the garden leading directly onto the beach. It has
breath-taking views of the beach, sea and mountains and you, and your
clients, can walk from your apartment to the beach is one minute.
The main building consists of three
levels. On the ground floor there is a reception/lounge, a bar, the
kitchen, a small dining area plus two apartments of 50mē (with two
bedrooms) and two studio apartments. On both the first and second floors

fashion hotel with one section having been built in 1968 and a
further section built in 1992. What makes it special as a
property is the fact that it is right on the sea with 80 meters
of sea and beach frontage on the east coast of the island.
